Joined London office as the first UX designer in order to establish design thinking in the development process of FlexNOW application. In the first year, the team has adopted basic techniques, e.g. heuristic evaluation, user interview, usability testing, design studio. In the second year, we made a major visual redesign of the application, I became in charge of product promotion and advanced UX techniques like design sprint or journey maps were implemented, too. Today, the team runs an agile dual track with discovery and delivery backlogs.

FlexTrade is the leader in trading platforms for equities, FX, options, futures and fixed income, supporting clients worldwide from the offices in North America, EMEA and APAC. Even though my focus is FlexNOW application, I organize an internal UX Academy for all employees so together we could improve corporate UX maturity.

November 2015 – August 2016
Strengthening the product team consisting of product owners, researcher, UX and visual designers, to prepare for the launch of paid B2B and B2C subscription model. Responsible for prototyping and usability testing of new features and user flows in iOS, Android, web application, Chrome extension, and MS Word Plugin. Responsible for improving conversions and user promotions, maintaining visual consistency between product and marketing departments.

RefME automated the citation and bibliography process in over 7,500 citation styles. The service had over 1 million users globally and it was the winner of best British mobile startup in 2015. The company was acquired by Chegg, Inc. in March 2017.

Kentico Software s.r.o., Brno

December 2012 – October 2015
Joined Kentico as the first senior UX Designer, responsible for establishing UX department (grown to 1 manager and 6 designers) and involving UX techniques in the agile development process. During the flagship product redesign, I was in charge of a visual styleguide of the new UI, later for doing research, prototyping, usability testing in two development teams. I also founded and led company's Graphic Guild consisting of 4 graphic designers, where we together redefined the brand styleguide and had maintained a consistent visual language across the whole company including the marketing department.

Kentico CMS empowers more than 28,000 websites worldwide like Twinings, Sony, Mazda, Vodafone or Chiquita and in 18 months from establishing the UX department, we increased the product SUS score from 60 to 73.
